Venusia Cosmetics has taken great care in selecting the ingredients we use in our products.

We believe in using nothing less than the best. Our purpose is to offer simple products meant to be used to enhance what Nature has already given us, and how better to do that than to turn to nature itself.

We do not believe that we should stop chasing the clock trying to stop the hands of time, because in essence, what we have come to understand is that women seem to be aging quicker than men because of the very products they are using in order to avoid prematurely aging. When we discovered that it was actually the products that we were using that was creating this paradox, we decided to look back to nature and use only safe and simple ingredients in our products.

In formulating our Venusia Minerals line of Makeup we also came to understand that not everything natural is good for us. When we select our ingredients, we have you in mind. We not only use ingredients that look and feel good as they enhance your own natural beauty, but also that are actually good for you !

We do not use ingredients such as talc, because we understand that talc can clog the pores making them heavy and it can actually bog them down stretching them out and as a result create larger pores. We focus on ingredients such as Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide which are known to naturally help protect the skin from the sun while also softening and brightening the appearance without any harsh chemicals. We do not use Carmine in coloring our products as carmine is made from crushed beetles, we just don't feel that this is necessary when there are so many alternative means of creating the shades that are so sought after. We tint our products with humane ingredients such as micas, oxides and ultramarines, manganese violet. All safe for use when applying that rosy glow to your skin,

We have been told that our customers skin actually improves from the use of our cosmetics and the research behind our ingredients shows that they do indeed enhance and protect our skin as opposed to irritating it.
We feel that once you have tried our products you will not turn back to the main stream cosmetic industry so filled with harsh toxins, because being beautiful shouldn't have to come at such a cost. Beauty begins with being healthy first and foremost. We believe with Venusia Minerals you can indeed have it all!

Our Venusia Naturals Line focuses on your skin, and skin loving ingredients. We offer whipped Unrefined Shea Butter that we obtain from Africa. The uses for our Whipped Unrefined Shea Butters are endless. We also offer a Whipped Unrefined Shea and Cocoa Butter Blend. We use the finest oils in our blends such as Jojoba Oil, Olive Oil, Apricot oil and as well the addition of vitamin E and pure essential oils in the scented blends. We not only use the pure essential oils because of their wonderful aromas, but more importantly for their health enhancing abilities.

We currently also offer a line of Emu oils. Our Emu oils are from Australia and we find the uses for Emu oil just short of miraculous. We have a line of Pure uncut Emu and also Emu blends wherein there is a percentage mix of emu oil and pure essential oils and other skin loving oils combined to bring the experience to a whole new level.
